This module introduces and sets out the structure for the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) 5th Edition Practitioner course, letting students know what to expect.

Module 1: The MSP Practitioner Course Learning Objectives

This module goes into the most important elements of the MSP Practitioner certification exam. It also introduces the ‘program scenario’ that will be used as an example throughout the course itself.

Module 2: Principles, Strategy and Plans Learning Objectives

This module covers MSP’s Principles, Program Strategy, and Program Plans. Each of these will be applied to the program scenario to help students understand the role they play in real-world programs.

Module 3:The Organization Theme Learning Objectives

This module revisits the Theme of ‘Organization’ covered in MSP Foundation. It also applies the concepts of the Theme to the program scenario.

Module 4: The Design Theme Learning Objectives

This module revisits the Theme of ‘Design’ and its core concepts. These are then applied to the program scenario.

Module 5: The Justification Theme Learning Objectives

This module revisits the ‘Justification’ Theme and its core concepts. These are then applied to the program scenario.

Module 6:The Structure Theme Learning Objectives

This module revisits the ‘Structure’ Theme and its core concepts. These are then applied to the program scenario.

Module 7: The Knowledge Theme Learning Objectives

This module revisits the ‘Knowledge’ Theme and its core concepts. These are then applied to the program scenario.

Module 8: The Assurance Theme Learning Objectives

This module revisits the ‘Assurance’ Theme and its core concepts. These are then applied to the program scenario.

Module 9: The Decisions Theme Learning Objectives

This module revisits the ‘Decisions’ Theme and its core concepts. These are then applied to the program scenario.

Module 10: The MSP Processes Learning Objectives

This module returns to the seven MSP Processes. To help students understand each Process, the module applies each of them to the program scenario.

Module 11: Course Wrap Up Learning Objectives

This module revisits the areas covered throughout the course to help students prepare for the MSP Practitioner certification exam.

Module 12: Practice Exams Learning Objectives

This module provides two practice exams from AXELOS, along with a program scenario that covers both of them. Students are advised to familiarise themselves with the exam conditions before attempting the official MSP Practitioner certification exam.
